I am a truly lucky man, as many of you know. I present my only piece of evidence, Monkey-Girl.
Here she is among her brethren in the Times Square Toys 'R' Us. We were on our summer '06 seminary tour checking out General Seminary in New York City. Our search eventually led us here to Sewanee. (Somewhere very different.)
I can't think of anyone else I'd be willing to a) tour four different seminaries with, b) relocate to rural Tennessee with, c) become the spouse of seminarian for, or d) someday become the spouse of a PRIEST for.
Quite simply, she's the one; the one I come home to, the one I take care of, the one I dream with, the one I love.
She's also my little monkey.
"Oop oop, Baby."
